Make Your Own Anti-Mold Spray
To make a simple anti-fungal mold fighting spray… add a couple of teaspoons of tea tree oil to two cups of warm water. Place this mixture in a spray bottle and spray it directly on mold infestation.
Don’t wipe it off. Just leave it in place. After a couple of days, and you will find that the mold has disappeared along with its musty smell.
When fighting mold, it’s important that you remove the source of dampness and dry the area thoroughly. It is also helpful to place a fan on the area for a couple of days and establish good ventilation in the long term.
Create A Tea Tree Oil & Lavender Disinfectant Spray
Make a good general-purpose cleaning spray using some very simple household ingredients:
- 1/4 teaspoon of tea tree oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of lavender oil
- 1/4 cup of white vinegar
- 2 cups of water
Keep this mixture handy in a spray bottle for general surface cleaning.
