When waking up, instead of slumping out of bed, do you take a few stretches. It only takes 10 simple morning minutes to get you feeling great and ready for your day.
Stretch your legs, your hips, spine, and sides. Meditate for a few minutes in a butterfly pose to clear your mind and mentally prepare yourself for what you have in store.
Stretch again afterwards. You may be surprised how this can help get your mind and body ready for anything the day decides to throw at you.
